Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and disclosed when you play SKY WALKER (the "Game"), a mobile tightrope-walking game available on iOS and Android. The Game is operated by ibou02 ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading or playing the Game you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the Game and discontinue use.

Data generated automatically (on-device only)

• A random anonymous player ID generated at first launch and stored locally — used to key your leaderboard entry so you can update it without an account. It is never linked to your name or device identifiers outside the Game.
• App settings (music volume, SFX volume, haptics on/off) stored locally only.

Data collected by third-party SDKs

The Game integrates third-party SDKs that collect data under their own privacy policies. Please review those policies directly (links provided in Section 4).

2. How We Use Information

• Display your name and score on the in-game leaderboard.
• Update your leaderboard entry when you set a new personal best.
• Restore your "Remove Ads" purchase across devices (via RevenueCat).
• Serve ads to users who have not purchased the "Remove Ads" option (via AdMob).
• Diagnose app crashes or performance issues (Firebase error logging).

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Advertising (AdMob)

Free users see ads delivered by Google AdMob. AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier and other signals to serve personalized or contextual ads.

• Opt out of personalized ads (iOS): Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising → Personalized Ads (toggle off).
• Opt out of personalized ads (Android): Go to Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID (Android 12+) or Opt out of Ads Personalization (earlier versions).
• Remove ads entirely: Purchase the one-time "Remove Ads" upgrade from within the Game. Once verified by RevenueCat, no AdMob SDK calls are made for your session.

4. In-App Purchase – "Remove Ads"

The Game offers a one-time, non-recurring purchase to permanently remove all advertisements. Payment is processed by:

• Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) — we never see or store your payment card details.
• RevenueCat — validates and syncs your purchase entitlement across devices using an anonymous user ID.

To restore a previously purchased "Remove Ads" on a new device, use the Restore Purchases button in the Game settings.

6. Data Retention

• Leaderboard data (name + score) is retained indefinitely to maintain a persistent global leaderboard. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 8).
• On-device data (settings, best score, player ID) is deleted when you uninstall the Game.
• AdMob and RevenueCat retain data per their own retention policies.

7. Children's Privacy

The Game is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum digital-consent age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through the Game, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

If the Game is made available in jurisdictions where children's-directed advertising rules apply (e.g., COPPA, GDPR-K), AdMob will be configured with the appropriate child-directed treatment tag.

8. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your location you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. To exercise these rights:

• Delete your leaderboard entry: Email us at iboualissouf@gmail.com with the subject "Leaderboard Deletion Request" and your player name. We will remove your entry within 30 days.
• GDPR (EEA/UK residents): You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and portability. Contact us to submit a request.
• CCPA (California residents): We do not sell personal information. You may request disclosure or deletion of data we hold about you.
• Advertising ID: Reset or delete your device advertising ID through your OS settings at any time (see Section 3).

9. Security

Leaderboard writes are protected by Firebase Security Rules that enforce monotonic score progression and field-length limits. No passwords or financial data are stored by us. No system is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

10. International Data Transfers

Firebase Firestore and Google AdMob are operated by Google LLC in the United States. RevenueCat, Inc. is also based in the United States. If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, your data may be transferred to and processed in the US. Google and RevenueCat participate in approved transfer mechanisms (Standard Contractual Clauses).

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Game after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
